Natalie Lartey - Founder & Director
Natalie is an anti-racist narrative researcher and strategist. Her work with charitable organisations and young people focuses on supporting the analysis and rewriting of narratives to shift mindsets, policies, and practices in service of the common good. Natalie is an innovator in her field, blending evidence-based theory with twenty years of communications and campaigns experience in environmental and humanitarian aid organisations.
Brianna Craft
Brianna is a climate change researcher and Senior Research Associate at ODI Global who has been navigating UN climate negotiations since 2011. She is dedicated to furthering equity for the world’s most vulnerable countries and holds a master’s degree in environmental studies from Brown University.
Janine La Rosa
Janine serves as the Chief People Officer at a large NHS Acute Hospital and brings previous board experience from her time as a Trustee at Citizens Advice. She is deeply passionate about inclusion and believes in the power of compelling narratives to drive meaningful change.
Miranda
The Deputy Director of the Salmon Youth Centre, Miranda has spent 20 years developing people and communities through youth work. She is committed to fostering better connections between people and the environment, having previously collaborated with Wood & Water on youth-led environmental podcasting.
Kowiyat “Mayo” Ajimobi - Admin Support
Mayo is a skilled virtual assistant, who possesses a wealth of expertise in managing diverse tasks that contribute to organisational success. Known for an unwavering commitment to professionalism and efficiency, Mayo's primary goal is to alleviate her clients' administrative burdens, empowering them to concentrate on core responsibilities and attain their objectives.
