COMMERCIAL CONSULTANCY

We create and use learning tools and processes that draw from the narrative change and anti-racist fields to lead growth and change processes in the global development and environmental sectors. Our insight and narratives strategy development services prioritises culturally diverse audience engagement and inclusive content creation.  Commercial Packages include:

1. The Foundations

Bespoke learning and reflection workshops that support organisations to better understand what racism in development and environmental narratives looks like, where its roots lie, and the role it plays in societies.

2. Identifying Challenges

We conduct audits that use narrative analysis tools, and internal and external consultation to assess the strengths and weakness of internal discourses and representations from an anti-racist perspective. You will leave this process with a detailed understanding of, if and how racism is showing up in your organisational narratives, and how it connects to values, culture, and practice.

3. Creating Solutions

We design and deliver narrative change strategies, communications guidelines, and support organisations to create content that engages existing and new racially diverse audiences. Our insight services support organisations to deepen understanding of audiences and increase engagement with them.

STORYTELLER ACTIVISM

We bring culturally diverse groups together through inspiring storytelling initiatives. Our engagement frameworks are based on storytelling traditions that invite people, from practitioners to poets, into conversation about the injustice of global development and environmental damage in new and exciting ways. We understand and tackle the issues we care about through the eyes of our ancestors drawing on spiritual connections to the natural world.
